Last few days I have felt kinda crappy. Between being sick with a cold, constipated because of all the wonderful bread I'm not eating (sorry to share that), and not loosing a damn thing this week, I have felt horrible. So this morning my hubby told me how cute I looked in my jeans and I knew he really meant it. That was my first smile. Then I was reading all the junk email I get and one of them happens to be from a fitness website that in the email said "Celebrate the little things". It means if you loose a pound then celebrate it. Take a bubble bath or smile bigger than before knowing that pound is gone. Celebrate someone telling you that you look like you lost some weight or knowing that your pants fit better. Even though I started my period this morning it still made me in a great mood. Then my favorite email this morning is from the "Inspiration quote of the day" email I get. This quote was from Ovid.
"What is harder than rock, or softer than water? Yet soft water hollows out hard rock. Persevere."
I may have not lost anything but I sure as **** am going to be working on it.
