So here I am at work. Just ate lunch which consisted of a Hunan beef lean cuisine and a 2 cup cucumber and carrot salad. I just ate 20 minutes ago I know I'm not hungry but I want to eat this peanut butter granola bar that's been in mydesk for months. It's 180 cals. Not worth it!!!! Just decided RIGHT now I'm opening it and throwing them away!!
I have the willpower!!! Raur!!!!

You're not hungry, you're just wanting to eat for the sake of eating. I do it all the time.
Fill up a bottle of water and chug it down so you're putting something in your mouth, maybe... I find it always helps me, and makes me feel OVERful, so I don't want to eat anymore!

I did throw it!!!! And I did drink a bottle of water to get the "grumbly" feeling out of my stomach. Worked perfectly. I'm so happy I didn't cave!!!
