I'm going to fall off track!
 
I just feel it, I just want to eat everything!

So far I'm at 1,100 calories. I have to eat dinner still. So I only have 300 calories left for dinner. I hope I stick to 300 calories, any helpful hints? Getting out of the house is really helpful, but I'm too poor to go anywhere, AH!

totally agree with the salad... i love to use spinach instead of lettuce, and then pile on bell peppers, mushrooms, a few tomatoes, some pepper and a little bit of dressing... i think i just might have to make one for dinner now!!

Add some low cal sauce or dressing to whatever you eat, it helps me feel like I'm not missing out on yummy food, but still staying OP. I like frozen veggies with spray butter or teryaki.

4oz of chicken has low calories! Skillet that baby up with some basil and garlic powder. Eat it with lots of veggies. My choice is usually yellow & green zucchini.

Gar, I've been off track for a while now....struggling SO SO HARD to get back!! You're so close to your goal, and let me tell you this....it's SO MUCH EASIER to stay on than it is to GET BACK on.

Ughhhhhh so frustratiinnnngggg!

I had that day on Thursday.. I am only supposed to eat 1400 calories a day and I was up to 1200 by dinner lol

I just stir-fried some veggies and had a small small portion of couscous!
