****February: 30 Day Shred for 28 Days in February and 2 Days in March ;)****

    I am back on the Shred for February but I will not be Shredding daily just about 2-3x a week.

  • Hey girls I'm going to try.... I've been so bored with it but day 1 level 1 done!
  • I'm in but I think 4-5 times a week will do it for me. I am not sure how many inches I should expect to lose. I am also planning on doing 30-60 min of cardio 6 times a week.

    Bust: 34.5
    Waist: 26.5
    Hips: 36.5
    Thighs: 22

  • corazonas and tandifrass the 30 day shred is a video by trainer jillian michaels from the biggest loser show. its about 27 minutes long and there are three levels.

    most people do each level for ten days consecutively, which jillian says is safe to do, and at the end of 30 days you will be shredded

    it definitely works and its the most intense video i have ever used.

  • Does anyone own her "video game" for the wii? I was thinking of buying that, I am enjoying the wii fit SO SO much!! Tomorrow I do day 4 of level 3, for me this is the best level of all of them. I am really enjoying it. I don't think I'll be doing it every day this month, but I will aim for 4-5 days a week as well.

  • I'm in!! I was so hit & miss last month, but I need to get back on this.

    The last measurements I took were last week...I started TOM today so I'm wicked bloaty & feeling like I weigh 400 lbs, so I didn't measure.

    Bust: 40
    Waist: 33
    Belly Button: 36
    Hips: 44
    Thighs: 25 1/2

  • i see! i will try to pick up the video when i get out today... i can't commit until i own it! haha i'm almost afraid to take my measurments... it's been a long time! :P

    swimgirl: i have a wii and truth be told i heard the game SUUUCKED. that it was really dull and monotonous and you were better off just sticking to a workout vid. so i haven't bought it...

    apparently the reviews for her wii game are really bad. check out amazon.com's product reviews. i was looking fwd to getting it but think i will avoid the purchase now and stick to her dvd's.
