butterfly wings : RUNNING it helped soo soo soo much with my belly i dont think ill ever have those bottom abs but im fine with having a pot belly.. even if your belly jumps up and down while running making it uncomfortable just keep at it and it will melt away!

Mine so far are only slightly defined on the outside, I have a pac just one, but about 10lbs ago (before I gained ) I was starting to see something. You've definitely inspired me to try and get it back.

I was just saying to my BF I wanted to start running on the treadmil. Im going to have to work my way up to being able to run. Plus I smoke.. I really need to quit that nasty habbit too!!

Wow, you are officially my hero of the day. That is soooo inspiring. I won't see anything til after my surgery at the end of April. But it gives me hope that my abs are getting defined somewhere under all that floppy skin. Way to go, that is one huge accomplishment!

That's freaking fantastic! Thanks for sharing, I'm pretty much at your starting weight, and I have had NO FAITH (until now) that my tummy will go down, even if I do lose weight.

How often are you running? I'm going to Florida for a wedding in July, and it would be so absolutely fabulous to get down to 130 by then, I'm not sure I can get any lighter, but we'll see. ANywho, Congratulations!
