I have now been on plan for 7 perfect days with eating (more) and exercising. The scale has been nice to me, and i feel wonderful!

I'm healthy now and.....
I have a smaller stomach today than I did last week. Whoot!
Also, My boyfriend and I have found that eating healthier is so much easier when you know its cheaper at the store!
Healthy food is almost always on sale!
I worked out for THREE hours today and did not once touch the elliptical or the treadmill!!!! I did a pilates class, strength training, two different ab workouts, I went running OUTSIDE with girl I ran into at the gym, I stretched fully and then did a Crossfit class which involved pushing myself the hardest I possibly could, with sprinting 400 meters multiple times, doing more pull ups than I thought physically possible, and getting back on the rowing machine for the first time in years. It all felt super-amazing, and I am so glad that I did it today! It's not practical to do this every day (I would diiiee!) but it's great to know that when I push myself, I can accomplish A LOT!!
I only had a few of the pillsbury cookies rather than almost the whole package (as Ive had in the past). I cut them up in tiny pieces and savored each bite!
I've been working out hard with my personal trainer and don't feel nearly as stiff and achy as I did when I first started! Plus I was killing the squats yesterday.
"what am I doing? oh I'm just doing one hundred gazillion squats. yes, it is just this easy" okay maybe not that many.
