I am up a little to 174.4 today but I am starting over to boost my losses and energy and start working out again SOOOO hopefully maybe out of the 170's for good in the next week or so

163.6 today! I'm down 2.4 pounds from last week. I started C25K and 30DS this week, so I think that had some serious impact. (I'm really feeling it in my legs, arms and abs. WOW.)

I seem to be 185.8 today, but I'm feeling very sore, so maybe it'll change again soon. That's a 1.2 lb loss. Tomorrow it'll be a week, and I've lost 1.9 so far!! That's a rarity.

I haven't posted in a while and I've put on a few more pounds since then

I'm going to Rome on May 18th and I wanted to be at least 158 lbs, but 155 lbs would be great!

I weighted in at 170.2 last Monday and today I am at 167.0!!! That is 3.2 lbs for last week!

didn't gain or lose last week....i'm good considering i didn't eat really on plan last week and this weekend was a killer since we were out of town at relatives all weekend

Ok so my body is up to some weird crap...I totally weighed this morning at 170.8...?? and I even cheated and had a little bit of mashed potatoes that I made for my son yesterday. Whatev..totally eating a no carb breakfast and then gonna get ready for my day

165ish today... its up 2 pounds from my low but I'm happy not to have gained more. I'm seriously back on track as of yesterday. I need to lose 12.5 pounds by the summer time.

I have lost 8.8 lbs from my last weigh in. Though I have to say I weighed in on an empty stomach, and the last on I did was right after eating an Easter dinner ^_^.
I am finally reached my first major goal of not being overweight anymore! ^_^
I am now in the average range and am trying now for a 22 BMI instead of my 24.68 BMI.

Tuesday, I weighed in again before working out. It was almost a full week since I started working out. Started out at 243. Now i'm at 246. I'm hoping I'm gaining muscle.

173 today...darnit! That means I'm not changing my ticker...but I did cheat when I was drunk and eat a bunch of my son's fruit snacks...grrr. Lets hope this next week is better
