How cheesy is this? Seeing the numbers go down every day is reward enough.
I tend to buy myself presents for no reason, so rewards don't really work that well with me... but now that my clothes are no longer fitting, perhaps clothes will have to be reward enough!
I also loooooove the iTunes idea! I actually bought myself a brand new iPod in January right when I started this round of shenanigans as motivation to start running again, and it totally worked. Now that I'm getting bored with the music, you've given me an excellent idea!
