Ok I decided if I log in and read in both the morning or night when I get up and go to bed I can stay on top of the conversation.
HWGA – Yep I went with the one strap black thingy. It was really cute and I think it showed my shape nicely without being overt about everything. I didn’t want my breast to look like they were falling out. Sorry I don’t know anything about bands.
VDayBaby – Try and get back on track until your birthday, then allow a one day splurge and back on track. Good luck and Happy early birthday.
Luvja – binge weeks are when you need us the most. Hope the week gets better.
Bjeweled – Have you tried using websites like thedailyplate to track your calorie eat and burned? I find that to be the best for me you put in everything you eat and everything you do and figure out what your numbers are.
Leigh – Umm fried pickles …

Hey Ladies I bust a** last night on the treadmill. I am up to 26 min running now. Woohoo. My goal is 30 minutes for now and keep that up for a while and try to move to 45. I am little unhappy right now. I didn't have breakfast so I got two taquitos from 7-11 ....11 effin points. Oh well I know next time. But I am working out tonight and flex points start today so at least I can eat dinner... Thnks ladies for the advice....I love you guys. I am over the depression...i think or least i am not dwelling on it
Luvja I totally know how you feel because I have been avoiding 3FC also even though I know this is when I need it the most. My BF actually said, "I know you are upset about your weight right now maybe you need your girls online"...cute
HwGA Thanks for keeping me sane yesterday. I haven't WBF yet and I am craxy cute for work today. Its a whole new reason to clock in...LOL
RHTS Good Luck with the new job lead. You are doing so great
Starmac Yea when they are tiny somehow we think they are not as bad...which they are as long I don't eat 20...LOL
Brie Yay P90X tonite. You will be great and not to mention sore. Pls post the pics. I am gonna post mine too. I will have three sets same bathing suit. Last year, now and end of March
Taylor Hey baby.
Lisa Hey girlie. Good Job on your workout. You are doing great.
Tara Still doing your thing. Go MAMA
If there is no personal for you sorry I tried to remember everyone. Hi Becky, Nicki, Corozona, Ghost, Cali, Nish....I hope I didn't forget anyone.

Cake- good morning love!
Ladies I am feeling a little better this morning...still nauseous and still "burning" but at least my fever has subsided so no more chills! I can't really eat anything though...last night all I could manage down was a little ice cream...and then today a fruit popsicle. My body feels any food of substance will want to come right back up! I hope this goes away soon so that I can work out again...this is killin me. I better not have gained any more back either. Today I have my first Child support meeting so hopefully that goes well...I'll be curious to see how long they say this is going to take now. Anyways ladies I will probably be on lata...love you all

UGHHHHHHHHHH
anybody got a mother in law? do they suck? mine sucks... this isn't a thread starter because everybody has SOMEBODY like this and there are threads like that but i just need to VENT and i know you guys will pay attention.
so my MIL knows im losing weight. she knows ive LOST weight. she's big. like i think over 300 big and she's short as ****. she's even had banding surgery and has lost NOTHING. so she's a hater. plain and simple. i wasn't huge to begin with but now that i'm getting totally hot she's jealous and you can tell. it's not like i rub anything in her face... i TRY to help her diet. but i give her all the advice in the world and she doesn't put it to use. but i still try. because she's my MIL and i at least need to be polite.
so back to face rubbing- i don't. she asks about me. and i tell her. i don't mind telling her because i'm proud of myself! but she asks how much i lost (it's too much) how much i weigh (its not enough) we go out to dinner together (i dont eat enough and im rude because we're out) i exercis (i dont need to) i dont eat certain foods anymore (thats crazy) and on and on and onnnnnn....
and when i try to not talk to her about it she pushes. and im polite to i never let her get to me when we're together. i dont get mad or upset or frustrated- i just let it go. i like to be a happy person and im so proud of MYSELF but shes just a HATERRRRRR.
this morning for example- she comes over and brings breakfast and is going to take my kid to school. she brings donuts. ok theres 5 ppl in my house- hubby doesnt eat breakfast, 12y/o step- she eats, 4y/o- she eats a little, 1y/o- she eats less, me- i DONT EAT DONUTS, and her- she eats cuz its there. so how many donuts does she bring? TWO WHOLE FRICKIN BOXES. kolaches, donut holes, regular donuts, cinnimon twists, danishes, whatever whatever.... and shes like MAD at me for not eating it! i was uber polite and tried 'no thank you', 'im not hungry' bla bla bla and she was just mad as ****. then she starts talking to me about the same old (i should have KNOWN to just like run away or something haha) but i started telling her this funny story about how i bought a really cute skirt and it was almost tight (no stretch in it) but i didnt want to go UP a size because it fit and would be too big if i got smaller. i'd rather it just fit because i don't get any bigger well the funny part is that i was a size 11. i went down to a size 7. when i got the skirt cleaned and got it back i looked at the tag and it was a size FIVE not 7. it was on the wrong hanger at the store and i never looked at the tag. thats funny and badass to us normal people right??? she did not think it was funny. she acted like mortified that i was so skeletal and and that i should NEVER wear a 5 like it was ridiculous...
so yeah, i'll say it again- she's a hater. there's a lot more crap she does but this post is long enough already. i ususally let it roll off my back but sometimes i just gotta vent.......
whewwww....

Okay so far behind not even funny. Sorry my sickness has kept me MIA. I actually had a dream that one of the mods emailed me and said that due to my lack of attendance I was kicked out. LOL!!! How funny is that? I will catch up on personals later. Trying to catch up on all the posts right now.
As for me. I binged yesterday. I'm kinda mad at myself cuz I went up in weight 1.5 pounds but I know that weight fluctuates. I just really wanna make my Vday goal. I don't know what happened yesterday. I was OP but I felt awful and nothing I ate satisfied me. So I lost it and ate a bunch of not so good stuff. Back OP so far today!!!

hey y'all!
I'm so exhausted. I actually got 8 hours of sleep last night and I seriously thought about calling in. I'm so tired. I had a great workout with my personal trainer yesterday. I can tell I'm getting stronger and she said my back is already looking leaner, which I can see!
I'm yawning at work, my coffee is doing nothing for me. I've been working out 6 times a week. I don't mean to complain but sometimes I think my body just needs a rest. I may take the night off from working out.
Cora- She's a hater for sure, but she's insecure and she probably hates how she looks and feels. She most likely has it in her mind that she's never going to lose the weight and then when she sees you doing it, it makes her feel like a failure. It's like you're unintentionally shining a light on her problems and she doesn't like it. But with that said, it's not your problem it's hers. When she gets fed up enough to make changes she will. In the meantime, keep doing what you're doing and don't let her sabotage you. You might even want to stand up for yourself and say something.
Carter- I didn't realize you were sick! I hope you feel better girl.
Cake- I'm so proud of you! You are seriously kicking butt! I understand about work bf's. lol it makes your day a lil brighter to have someone that is glad to see you all the time. Yay for work boyfriends!
Remember- Do you have pictures?
Bejewled- I like this one, don't take it as the right for you, but it's good for guidelines, http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm. Let me know how it goes! I'm excited for you!
Vday- it's ok girl! Forget about the stupid boys and focus on yourself!

Good morning, ladies!
Super tired...again, but at least I'm off tomorrow. I'm a little worried about this weekend because I am craving something meaty and cheesy and I haven't had anything meaty and cheesy in more than a month. I've been really good this week and I REALLY don't want to screw it up because I have a 3 day weekend.
So I decided to have a couple of boiled eggs for dinner last night (because they can boil and I can do other stuff) and I remembered why I almost never make boiled eggs...I still can't peel the darn things. Is there a secret that I'm not aware of?

HWGA Hey boo. Perk up. Eventually your body will adjust to your new schedule. It just takes time.

Cali- I peel them when their still warm, it comes right off. I've heard of cooking them with a little bit of white vinegar, but I've never done that myself. You can also roll them on the counter to help loosen the shell from the egg.

Cake: if I go meaty and cheesy, I have to have fries...because what's meaty and cheesy without fries, right? LOL!
HWGA: see, I've tried all of that. Last night, I left them in cool water to cool down a bit and then I tried to roll them on the counter. I busted two of them, and that made getting the peel off even harder. They were all mangled looking...taste good though.
Hmm, I would send myself flowers this year, but goodness they are expensive.

Cali: I put salt in the water while they boil and peel them while they are still warm like HWGA said or if you want to wait til they cool or can't get to them while they are still warm peel them under running water.. I usually drop it on the counter just enough to crack the shell all the way around first, that helps a lot too. I love hardboiled eggs so I've become a certified peeling professional.

Cali- yeah make sure that they are still warm when you do it. I love eating boiled eggs w/o the yoke. It's 17 cals for just the white.
Kel- Hey girl! How have you been?
Cake- I know, I just wish I wasn't so tired.
