Default I'm back

So its been a few months and I had truly lost my motivation for a while there. I hadn't even worked out since October.. The last months of 2008 were some of the toughest in my life. But now its February and things are finally back to where they need to be. The bad news is I gained all my weight back.. so I am right back to where I started. At this point I need all the motivation I can get to get me back on track. I started going to the gym again yesterday.. and compared to how much I had been walking last October I did nothing.. only 20 minutes on the treadmill. I am going back tonight and hoping to do at least 30-40.

In 7 months I turn 30.. and honestly I need & want to see a difference by then.

So if anyone needs a buddy I am here!!

I too, lost my way for a while. I think I started eating for my birthday in November and never stopped. I am getting back on track. This morning I did W1D1 of C25K. I got to week six or seven in November so I am going to start all over again.

I am sure you can do great things in seven months. Now is a great time to get everything turned around and put the past behind you. I am going to take this one decision at a time.

welcome back! and try not to compare what you do at the gym now with what you used to do then because it's a huuuuge motivation killer. just compare it to what you did yesterday or last week.
