So how is everyone doing for those that committed not to weigh daily?

Our home scale empowered my weight loss at first, and my anorexia in the end.

I haven't weighed myself in about a month - I just keep an eye on my measurements.

I too weigh everyday. Sometimes I'll weight at night when I am hungry so that I will be able to say, "no i don't want a meal this late, because I don't want to ruin what I've done today."

So it's sort of a good thing, but I can be a little compulsive about it.

So I get to weigh in today with my trainer, but that's not for another 9 hours! I almost broke down yesterday and weighed myself, but since I've put the scale up, it was much easier to say no. And sense I didn't do good eating this past weekend it helped me not to look at it!

I'm so nervous that the scale is not going to move yet again.... the good thing is that she weighs me at the end of the day so I know it's not my real weight so it make me feel a little better.

The scale is dictating what I eat again. But yeah, I did go six whole weeks without looking at it. Right now, I just need to know where I stand...to see what works and what doesn't.

I'm so nervous! I haven't weighed in a week. The only problem is she weighed me at the end of the day and I had a lot of water that day. So I was up to 277 which is NOT my real weight. So when she weighs me today it will be based off that number.... what about my real weight? Should I just go with this new number or weigh myself in the morning? I'm so confused! Any suggestions?

Does it matter that I'm going to be so sore tomorrow after my crazy workout with my personal trainer? I'm so not good about knowing when to weigh with water rentention soreness.

I am so terrible at WI'ing everyday!!! I used to not be as obsessed with the scale as I am now. The only times I don't like to WI is when I have been eating badly. I ate like crap for 4 days and don't even want to look at the scale for a week. But when I eat great, I can't wait until the morning to WI. I am sick!
HWGA- I would go by my morning WI's.. WIs at the end of the day would kill me! It is not your real weight!

So I weighed yesterday at my trainers.... I gained 2 pounds! What the crap? grrrr.... I weighed this morning b/c i had to see what the "real" number was. It was the same!

I'm not going to let it get me down. I'm going to really get strict with my eating and eat way more veggies.

I think it shouldn't matter as long as you weigh yourself at the same time everytime. Like on BL they weigh at the end of the day after a hardcore workout and most likely tons of water but thats when they weigh every week. I know the smaller number in the morning is feels better but since you use the scale as a reference to track from WI to WI it doesn't really matter if you do it in the morning, afternoon or night time as long as its always the same.
