Msahaller - yeah, I've heard that said by some of my really athletic friends when they try to lose weight to get more "lean" and go too far. Their muscles went from really rock-hard to kinda squishy because they were losing muscle, which made their metabolism slow down and their body try to actually hang on to fat!

I wish I could feel my muscles!
