Help! I need Valentine's Day help!!
 

So my bf is having financial issues, and i have never been much into Valentine's Day so I told him no gifts....as in let's just give each other cards..but now I found out he is planning on cooking me this romantic dinner and what not. So, I feel I should make something (cant buy something because that would be unfair).

Any suggestions? Thanks!

one time when I was in this situation I set up a treasure hunt for my boyfriend and had him go to the place we met, first kissed, etc, and at the end he ended up right back in his own bedroom where I was sitting with a "treasure chest" I made filled with candy, a cd of "our songs", candles, wine, and wine glasses. It's corny I know, but it was fun, a good conversation starter, and really gave us a chance to sit in some candlelight with some wine, just enjoying each others' company like we hadn't been able to do in awhile.

That's what I thought of....dessert. I have a weight watchers dessert book that is AMAZING! I actually made a cheescake for my husband's birthday from this book, and he loved it.

Make the dessert. I swear, the way to my DH's heart is through his SWEET TOOTH. I got bored one day and made a chocolate mousse pie. I got flowers the next day :shrug:

make dessert.... how about chocolate covered strawberries? Delicious, but mostly berry so it'll be a good option for staying on plan!
