:cb: this is what I'm doing right now.

I read the last post about her amazing inch loss and so I decided what the heck why not take my measurements

I've lost 2 inches on my waist and 2 1/2 on my hips.

It's weird because the scale reads that I'm at 180 (it actually says 190, but it starts at 10lbs and not 0....I checked though and it still weighs correctly)
but I thought it was a fluke. I figured that the scale was messed up, and that the smaller clothes I had to buy were bc of the store, but no more excuses......I've lost weight and inches! :dance:

I started exercising when it finally hit me....gotta keep it up! :lol:

That's excellent! The tape really is a black & white proof isn't it?! Think I need to dust off my measurement book and start that again.
