GNC Meal Replacement

Hey everyone!

I'm new to the board and would like to introduce myself. My name is Sarah and I battle with food and weight. Yay! I admitted it!

Anyway, I was wondering what you all think of the GNC shake replacements to jump start the weight loss process. I've been seriously considering purchasing the shakes, possibly tomorrow, but would like some imput on them. Hopefully from someone who has personal experience with meal replacement shakes.

I don't know how meal replacement shakes would jumpstart weightloss :?: I know a lot of people around here add protein shakes/powders to their diets, but not in replacement of good, old fashioned, nutritious food (sorry for the grandma pants;))

Is there a specific plan you were thinking of following?
