Furture - I had a T shaped tummy tuck where the removed all of the skin above and below the belly button. The incisions are half way across my hips. So most of the skin from my sides is gone along with the belly. As a lower body lift has been described to me by my surgeon, it would go around to the back and remove the small amount of back skin, lift the butt, inner and outer thighs, and possible lift the vaginal area. The main reason that she wouldn't do it all at one time was the surgery was already a 5.5 hour surgery when you add a lift and implants with it (that includes removing the skin from the sides of my breast I went from a 44 D at my heaviest to a 36 B so there was a lot of skin there). The rest of the work that I descibed above is probable a 4-5 hour surgery so its too much time under.
Are you also getting a lift or just implants? Silcone or Saline? I got silcone and love them. I think the feeling and shape is better, everyone keeps telling me that they don't look fake. How big are you starting and what size implants are you using? I started at a B cup and got 500cc silcone and they are a D right now.
Skrinka - I love it. I've had a rough time with the swelling, I had a drain for 6 weeks and now I'm going into to have it drained again for the second manual drain because it keeps swelling up. It's so werid not having a stomach and having nice breaast.
