I have noticed some buddy threads and think I might need one too. I am getting towards the end of my weight loss, I have 16 more pounds to go but I know these will be the hardest. I really need to be careful of what I eat and push myself with exercise. I would really like to be at goal weight by spring break (March 23rd) that is about 2 lbs a week.... consistently
I also would like to start pushing myself to run, that usually helps the pounds come off more than other exercise.
I think having a buddy or group of buddies that I am accountable to will really help. Anyone want to be accountable with me??
