I was at or under my calories all week, and even when I couldn't go to the gym, I did stuff to keep me moving, and drank tons of water. But I gained more this week...second week in a row! I am so frustrated and annoyed right now!
I think I have to fiddle around with my numbers for this next week because I think I need to drop my calories anyway because I have been in the same range since I first started on this weightloss journey and it's been about 45 pounds.
