Running, heart monitors, etc

I've gotten to the point where I can actually run a mile, so I've been doing it at least 3 or 4 times every week. Today I wanted to use my moms heart monitor and I was surprised I burned 133 calories at the end of one mile, and my heart rate was at like 192 sometimes, thats too high right?
Anyway, my question is how do you ladies run all the time? I feel great now after running, and Im glad I did it, but once I get to the last stretch of my run I keep thinking "i cant wait for this to be over i cant wait for this to be over." I keep wanting to add on more miles, like I would like to run 1 1/2 miles, but I can barely even run ONE mile!!!

On a side note, I've been doing 8 minute buns lately and I was at my boyfriends house and he was like "LOOK AT YOUR *** IT LOOKS SO NICE WHAT ARE YOU DOING" hehe a little motivation!!!! (Sorry if that was too personal, but it really motivated me!!!):carrot:

Way to go on the run, and the buns! Mine was at 192 a couple times the other day when I went running. For the most part it was in the 170-180s but it got up there...and then I would walk a bit.

Don't know if that's too high. You'll be able to run further the longer you do it. Just like anything else, you'll get used to it.

Well I'm doing intervals when I run. So it builds up slowly to 30min straight running (5km). Right now I'm at 3min running/ 1min walking. It helps a lot!
That video sounds good though lol!
