Vday presents for SO
 

I just purchased my bf's Valentine's present. It is a sterling silver guitar pick with a custom message engraved in it. The message I had engraved is "I'm half crazy, all for the love of you -Danielle 09'" I'm quite pleased with this find.

What are you all getting for your SO?

He's in the military, so I'm getting him a photo engraved dogtag with a picture of me on it.

OMG! My husband plays guitar and he'd LOVE that! Where can I find one? Do they use it? How thick is it?

I found it on this handmade craft website I like to visit etsy.com, I'm pretty sure they can use it and it says they're thickness is 88 gauge, .81 mm...

I called his favorite guitar store and they said they can order one in and then I called an engraving place and they said they'd do it. I'll look at your link too and see what each costs. Thanks so much.

He loves to read so I might get him a gift card to the barnes and noble

I was going to give him a hand-crotched blanket in his favorite colors, however I made the sucker too big and there is just no way I could get it done before vday and not have arthritis in my hands or at least a blown tendon or two.

So now I scramble for an idea.

We don't usually celebrate valentines day because our wedding anniversary is the 25th, but we will probably just have a nice dinner together at home on friday night. We already got our vday/anniversary gift to each other- a high def flat panel 32in tv for our bedroom :)

lingerie..... I hope.... If I can actually find something that fits me & looks decent!

Fredericks.com carries a fair selection of plus sized stuff. I ordered the georgette babydoll a few years back and it's very flattering and very forgiving. It even fit well when I was pregnant.
