Fat Days
 

They're terrible aren't they? I am having a serious fat day. I weighed this morning and despite excellent weight loss efforts haven't gone down one bit since last week. Plus I saw some pictures taken of me last night and my two chins really gross me out. Also, I really want some chocolate. I wonder if it would be bad if I just used all my calories today on chocolate?;)

DRose- We all have them but you will feel better if you don't drown yourself in chocolate;)!!

i had a fat day last week that lasted about 3 days, it was horrible. Dont drown urself in chocolate! Just have an incy bit, have a moan and blob around, and then you kinda get over it and carry on :D

I drowned myself in chocolate 3 days this week! I just could not get the cravings out of my system! It was delish but not really worth it! Some days you need it but you will feel better working out and sticking to plan. I have never once regretted going to the gym and eating healthy. But 9 times out of 10, I regret giving in to chocolate and eating badly.

i totally had a fat day today. I felt so bloated I wanted to wear sweatpants to DS's party.

Grr fat days suck.

Fat days during your TOM suck even more.

I have major fat days. It's frustrating. But I've been good lately. I've noticed my weight loss and feel a lot better. Now I just want to go shopping to celebrate and get a size 16. My 18s are baggy in my legs and getting loose around my waist! :carrot: I've also getting way too small for my shirts. Barely any fit!

But then of course there will be some days I will feel fat in these clothes. Just keep your head up - you're not alone!

So true. :( I think it's the worst around this time.

What has surprised me most even after losing the weight and knowing in my head that I'm not fat is how icky I feel when I'm bloated and its TOM. I just can't shake the feeling.
