are my pants seriously getting tighter?!?!?

  • ok, so maybe i ate a whole frozen pizza last night, with some chocolate chip cookies, but are my pants seriously tighter. oh wait that's right, i ate 4 servings of chocolate covered pretzels the day before that.

but i took out the tape measurer, and my thighs are 2 inches bigger.... whoa.

today, i decided to recommit, for whatever its worth.

i started counting WW points. and i wont be spending those points on cookies either.

today is going well so far. (hah i just typed "fat" by mistake. ironic)

anyway, i think i forgot how much i dont want to be fat. i started getting way too comfortable.
  • Sometimes we just need a little reminder, we don't realize a certain food or snacks are affecting us until our clothes change. Don't let it get you down, you're doing great!

  • I'm sure those two inches are doomed! It's a good thing you experienced this, because you'll be more strict with yourself from now on.
  • I bet some of that is measurement error. It takes a whole lot of weight for my thighs to change 2 inches.
  • I'm in the same boat as you... I'm trying today to re-comit myself. So far alright... had some pasta salad which I shouldn't have had - I shouldn't have made it in the first place. But, I plan on being much better for dinner, and working out, so yeah.

Good luck! Just remember that what you put into your mouth directly effects how your body looks. that's hard for me, I forget that a lot.
  • Lol this reminds me.. I was soo excited my new jeans were getting loser, and then I washed them and they're back to being super tight. Although it may have something to do with being off plan for 2 days as well ..
  • I can guarantee you're retaining some water. Especially from that frozen pizza.

Get back on plan and make sure you drink enough water today and you'll be okay.
  • I think its water and some muscle. My paints are getting tighter in the thighs, but still fit fine in the waist from running and strength training. Don't worry about it Just get back on track.
