I'm pretty stoked! I just added up my calories just for the hoo of it & I totally stayed within my range even by eating all the fruit & veggies & juice! Wooo!! I'm praying this is the breakthrough I need. I refuse to let Ashleigh be in the 170s without me, dammit! ;)

I did great today. I actually worked in the stockroom at work running parts for the whole plant until noon so I ran my butt off. I stayed under 1200 cal....it's ok, I'm cycling and went over a bit last night. I did Biggest Loser Boot Camp Level 1 and 2. I'm loving it. I was up to 175 this morning so I don't know what the deal is. I had a few chips and stuff last night at the party so maybe it was sodium? I also drank 2 32oz bottles there though. Who knows. Just keeping my fingers crossed it's back off by Friday when I weigh in. I'm tired of losing the same weight over and over. Grr. 160's where are you?

Danielle: I'm going for 5 days. I'm not sure that I will make it that long, but so far so good. Yesterday I felt pretty terrible, but I feel much better today, so hopefully I can stick it out. I just thought it would be a good idea to just eat that way for a few days to clean me out.

I didn't eat anything but a fiber one bar ALL DAY and then DH brought me a taco salad and I ate the WHOLE THING! hahaha!

Ash, you need to forfeit more! I'm getting so sad over here. I'm talking to my gf on the internet now, and she's telling me how she is at 150 now...she was my size like a couple months ago - DH thinks she's lying! LOL It totally bums me out. I am working my arse off & not getting anywhere. I am so down this stupid week! UGH!!!!

Does she looks like she's 150? What is she doing to lose the weight? Maybe she can start giving you good advice instead of making those nasty remarks about you not counting and stuff.

Screw this!! I am starting today doing 1500 calories. I don't have time for all this nonsense...I was up a whole pound today after all the fruits & veggies I've eaten...NO MORE! So, 1500 calories. I know I can do this!

Hi Guys! Well, I was off plan this weekend when I was on vacation, but I'm back on track!
Monday: 22 WW pts. (1 weekly point) Tuesday: 27 WW pts. (6 weekly points) Wednesday: 21 WW pts. (I decided to try to not use my weekly points since I'm off exercise for a while) Thursday: 21 WW pts. (Yay! No weekly points!) Friday: 40 WW pts. (Yup, I used 19 o my weekly points allowance... I figure their there to use so I won't beat myself up for usng them!) Yay! This is the first time I stayed OP for a challenge! AND I'm on vacation! |

I was having a hard time deciding if I should go for the 1300 I had planned (with cycling in the beginning of the week) or go for 1400 or so. Well, I'm at 1321 and FULL! So, that's where I'll stop I guess.
My legs are burning from the biggest loser boot camp. I've been doing level 1 and 2 and love it. |
I was actually thinking of getting the Biggest Loser Boot Camp...maybe I'll have to look into that this weekend! :)
