Default what kind of multivitamin do you recommend?

i noticed in another thread that lots of people were recommending taking multivitamins to the original poster. i haven't taken vitamins regularly since flinstones chewables in elementary school, so i'm pretty out of the loop.
what do you ladies recommend?

as a frame of reference, my diet is lowish carb calorie counting with approx 1250 calories on non gym days and 1600-1700 on gym days.

I take Target brand one a day weight smart.... you don't need anything expensive... just make sure it has 100% RDA of: B vitamins, Iron, vit. D, and C. The more expensive the vitamin doesn't mean it's better- you absolutely shouldn't need to spend more than $1 a day.

I take one a day weight loss too.

I find it helps give me an energy boost.

Some people have told me it makes them nauseated.

I reccomend getting somthing at whole foods/trade joes, somethng more natural and bio usable, which means that your body cn break it down and use the nutriants in them. many people can't break down the one a day type vits. they can get nausious. they are not readily digestable. I like a brand called country life.
