So yesterday was my first full week of Weight Watchers & I had my weigh-in, I lost 8 lbs!!!!!!!!!! I was so freakin excited!:carrot: I know this amount isn't typical for only 1 week, but I think it's such a confidence & motivation booster. I just had to share! :hug: to all!!!

Thanks everyone! For the question above, I basically just stuck to my ww points I'm allowed. I had a goal to workout 3 times, but only did it twice. I ate my 4-5 fruits/veggies a day, had milk products everyday & drank a ton of water.
