Really bad day
 

some of you may remember the huge bill we got slammed with to p[ay by jan 12th and weve been doin really well getting the money together, £1500...most was gonna be cleared (sales on ebay) just after it was due so my mum was gonna pay the bill on her credit card and then us give her the cash a week or so later...

well we got a letter from the court today informing us we have to pay the woman who won directly. so we cant pay by credit card.

basically we are screwed and now looking for a loan shark.

it seems like life just hates me right now, its one thing after another and i just needed to vent.:(

Life has been slamming me as well. I don't understand why the court couldn't have told you this sooner!? Seriously it's like they're out to mess with people! :mad:

Can't you ask for an extension?

You need to call the court and explain the situation. If you are making a good faith effort to pay, they may be able to work with you on a payment plan or an extension. It can be intimidating, but going to the court and explaining is better than finding a loan shark!
