I don't know if I'm doing this right so I'm just going to put how many minutes I worked out on each workout from 1/5-1/11 here.
190 mins cardio 35 mins weights 105 mins cleaning I weighed in at 292.2 today! |
I did 45 minutes of tae bo today and was a sweatin'. And when I weighed myself this morning it said 196.6 so hopefully that number will go down because of TOM starting:)

194.4 and this is after a week of binge drinking, fast food, and other bad things.
I'm shocked that I only gained .4lbs in a week. |

Ok guys these are this weeks activities please please post them when you get done with any 3 of them . Also we will be weighing in on Monday so id love to have all your weights on sunday or monday morning till midnight! Thanks guys!
1) Jump rope 2) Walk outside for 15 mins then walk back 3) Treadmill walking 4) Treadmill jogging 5) Clean house GOOD LUCK! lets kick some butt!!:carrot: |
Crud...I can't do treadmill because I dont go to the gym...can't REALLY walk outside because its -35 wind chill...but I will try...DARNIT

Remember if you can't complete one of the tasks you can always make up one of your own as long as it is of equal or greater exercise.

So i cleaned the house walked on the treadmill AND jogged so i got my X in for this week! Where is everyone else?

I walked the dogs every day, played ddr with my friends, went to the gym, and oddly enough played tag with my friend for over an hour.
Don't I sound like the grown up. |

I did everything except walking outside. It was ridiculously cold here, so I didn't do that.
