Oh my goodness!
Last year when my other half had the flu very, very badly he was told by his GP that usually when people think they have the flu, they don't... they will have some sort of bug, other bacteria or virus but the flu, the real flu always lasts more than 7 days and can last upto a month!
She also said that if you think you have the flu, you SHOULD go to the doctor immediately because they can prescribe tamiflu which will shorten the duration...
