A Renewed Motivation

So, I took a week off (not intentionally, but I just kept going) & I am back with a renewed motivation. I have lost 21 pounds to date starting in August. I was thinking last night how much more I could have lost if I had stayed OP that whole time & that was really upsetting. I lost my first 11 in 20 days in August, took a month off, and then struggled thru my loss for the next 3 months. I give myself extra calories on Mondays after I weigh in to help deter me from going completely off the deep-end the rest of the week.

The whole reason I finally got motivated to lose was having bebes. I want to be a mama so badly, and when DH & I got married we decided around the 2 year mark we would talk seriously about trying. Well, that is coming up in April. So, I have 4 months to lose 25 pounds. That is my goal. I lost 21 in 4 months essentially & this time I have much more motivation. I am ready to go. I really want to have babies & have very healthy pregnancies, so I am raring to go. I know that I can easily lose these next 25 with help from all you girls. I have a folder on my desktop titled "This is why you exercise" and in it is tons of pictures of celebrities bodies I would love to have. Whenever I get the itch to go off plan, I will make myself look at those.

Anyway, sorry it's kinda long but I just wanted to document this momentous occasion. I know I can do this & I am going to work really hard. I'll definitely have weak moments, but I know I can always find someone here to talk to & get me through the tough stuff.

Love you girls!

Good luck with everything (not that you need luck or anything!). I look forward to hearing your success story when the time comes:)

Dont beat yourself up over it! We won't know how to better ourselves unless we stumble a few times.

Keep April as your focused goal, but don't stress so much if you don't make it all in time. You have plenty of time to have children. It will come soon enough. Just make sure that you are prepared.

Sending you the best of wishes this new year!

Good luck girl, there are a lot of us right there with you in the same boat!!

We were talking about getting pregnant again in April too but I think it's too soon so now we are planning on June or thereabouts. Let's lose this weight together, for our babies! :)!!

How about instead, you think about the fact that in that time you could have GAINED or stayed the same and instead you were persistent and lost 21 big ones???! :D You have done a great job so far and I'm sure you will continue to reach your goals, especially with the very specific time line and motivation to have children that keeps you going.

I bought the US Weekly with Michelle from the Biggest Loser on the cover & I have been making myself look at it everyday. It helps me stayed focused!
