I have issues. Small rant... haha :)

I am pretty sure we all do this, but when I start to see success on the scale, I feel motivated for like 2 seconds and then I go gorge myself with food.

?!!

I started TOM today, so I'm really sure that my binge this weekend/last several days is due to that. I could not be satisfied.

Also, I am seriously beginning to think I'm crazy! I made a batch of fudge for a friend for her birthday, and it didn't turn out, it didn't set up. So my husband and I have been digging into it... well I thought he had been! Half the dish is GONE and my husband swears he only had 1 piece!! I seriously must have eaten half a dish of fudge in the last 24 hours. No wonder I feel crappy!! Have you ever done that?
I am thinking of throwing the rest away, just so I don't eat it.

I'm just so disgusted with myself for the last several days, I've made some really bad choices and I have no idea why- I was at 169 last Friday, a weight I've been DYING to see, why would I botch it now?!!:mad:

oh, the idea of that fudge is making me queasy, too, no wonder you feel sick! Seriously, I could do the exact same thing before I started dieting without feeling nearly as bad as sugar makes me feel now, and I'm guessing it's something similar with you.
Hope you feel better!

And don't beat yourself up it! Everyone is going to make some mistakes in their diet, and everyone is going to give in every once in a while. What's important is that you stick to it.

Exactly, Kelly! I have not had sugar in that quantity in FOREVER, so on top of TOM crampy crap I am feeling really sick, hahahaha

Car - I do the EXACT same thing in cycles. I'll be REALLY REALLY good one week, weigh in, and feel like, oh, it's working now so i don't have to try any more, but my logical self is saying NO thats not how it works!

I've been there done that, I'm gonna have to start practicing what i preach to the kidsin my center.... you are responsible for your own choices, every day, all the time. :) YAY!

Car- I have been there way more times than I would like to remember! That is why sometimes i don't like to WI b/c in the past that would usually end up being a binge day!!!! Though you would think it should be the opposite!

Throw that fudge out.. ruin it with water or a spray of windex and don't think about it. Get back on track now! You have come so far.. you know you can do it!

I don't know why it is so easy to continue on a cycle of crappy eating even though I know the outcome is going to be me feeling like s*** and regretting everything!:(

We are here for you!

focus on all the positive choices you have made in the last 24 hours. i am sure there are some that you made just out of habit.

You girls are so great.

I made a decision to drink water and eat fruit, and that's it, for the rest of the day. I had a big lunch, way too big, and way too much of that damn fudge! So I'm drinking my weight in water (not literally, haha) and I am going to flush this crap out of my system, and I WILL lose weight this week even if it is my period. I WILL! :) You girls motivated me, you said exactly what I needed to hear.
