heather - i am here everyday until christmas eve and i think my gma has a computer so i might be able to sign on then. i need this site or i dont act right lol.

how are u doing with the video? i took a rest day from the cardio max today because i moved up a level on 30DS to level 2 and i am pooped lol. i will add it back again tomorrow.

don't have the results yet. It isn't a cancerous issue, they are just trying to figure out EXACTLY what is causing my rash.

its so addictive!

i got laid off and have literally $0 to my name and i think the fact that i am working out is helping keep me in good spirits as i wait on the state of missouri to decide whether or not i need this money UGH (rant sorry)

but yeah i could see u missing it

could u do other stuff and leave the arms out? now that i wrote that idk what u could do but theres gotta be something like stationary bike stairmaster, lol fun things

Look how close you are to onederland!!!!! (Sorry, just noticed! )

Well, I kinda decided to just spend this week watching my food and enjoying family. I was down another 2 lbs. These are the best 2 weeks of losing I have had.... and no exercising!! Weird huh? Only 3 pounds from Christmas goal!

xmas goal here she comes!!! thts awesome!

i didnt have a christmas goal but i def have a december goal that i am still 5 pounds away from. i think i can get there by jan 1 i plan to take my cardio dvd's on vaca with me. i will be leaving you after tomorrow i hope hwga comes back so u wont be lonely

edit: onederland doesnt want me i get stuck here often
