Pre-bed snacks
So I ate dinner at 5.... and I know I'll need something to eat before I go to sleep... what are the best options as far as snacks close to bed time???
I like fruit, or sometimes a spoon of peanut butter or square of dark chocolate.
I think Sugar free jello Is a great bedtime snack AND LOW CALORIES Easy to make also......Sometimes I add a banana slices in mine.GOOD LUCK YOU LOOK GRET ALREADY!
I meant GREAT~Oh by the way sugar free jello is just 10 calories a serving! THATS SOOOOO AWESOME!
The great news is that it DOESN'T matter when you eat your calories. As long as you are on plan for the whole day, you should be in good shape.
julie, one spoon of peanut butter? you are amazing! I don't have the will power. =)

I always have fruit, sugar free pudding, or a handful of nuts. Those are my before bed time usuals!
Speaking of the natural peanut butter, the stuff on top is oil, right? I am contemplating pouring off my oil to save some fat grams. Yes, I know it will be thick. What are yall's thoughts?

An apple!

no sugar added or sugar free hot chocolate since its winter , no sugar added popsicle in the summer or fruit. i cant eat nuts at night they are a trigger for me and then i just binge binge binge:o
I do herbal tea if I'm out of calories, with a splash of sugarfree raspberry syrup. If I have the calories (and I usually make sure I do), I'll have one fudgesicle.
I've been drinking green tea a lot lately before bed.
I don't really like the natural peanut butters myself.
I vote for apple too! |
