Spark people meal plans...

Why has no one informed me that on SparkPeople.com they create meal plans for you, like catered to your food preferences, etc... This rocks!

I had no idea, and this is exactly what I've been needing. Does anyone else use this? Does it help you?

I use spark for calorie counting when I need to really really be OP and count everything. I don't use their meal plans though because the shopping list is just TOO MUCH! And I have weird tastes, like, all my food has to be jalapeno compatable.
