Level 3 Day 2!!!!

Today was hard, but worth it. Glad I found this DVD because this is the most change I have seen in my body in a long time!

I'm on the final day of level 1 and I'm kinda scared/excited to move up to level 2. I know I'm ready but I'm worried it will be hard. Lol.

Level 3 Day 3!!!!

Today was easier. I still can't completely follow Natalie & part of that is permanent (apparently) shin splints, but I did pretty damn good today. I was proud of myself.

It was really hard today! I never workout in the morning because I am not a morning person, but I am gonna be in & out today & I knew I wouldn't want to get ready, workout, & then have to take another shower & get ready again, so I just did it. I'm glad it's out of the way!
