WooHoo!!!

I want to celebrate!! If you'll allow me? ;)

I was completely bummed because
A) I bought a new scales and I realised I had only lost 15lbs rather then 20 because I was going by what my scales at home said. I moved and took this old scales with me that always weighed me about 5-6lbs lighter. Anyway its complicated and I'm sorry if I'm explaining it terribly! But anyway I found out I was only 236 instead of being 231.
B) I only lost 1lb this week. I know it's not a bad result. 1lb is great but I had been working REALLY really hard for the last 2 or 3 weeks and expected to see some results! I think AF had something to do with it!

So anyway I stepped on the NEW scales this morning, the one that said I was 236. And I was down to 229.2!!!! Woooooohhoooooo:carrot: I have been dying to be below 230 for ages! And my BMI is nearly below 40! And yes I checked twice and again, to make sure;)

Goodbye 230, 240 and 250! Never again!

I just wanted to share because I'm so excited!:^:

I can't wait to say good bye 250's too! Great Job!

Hey guys - I did the same thing, replaceing my scales, going up, etc. BUT then i realized that although my weight wasn't as low as i thought it was, I STILL lost 20 pounds, because my starting weight was higher than I thought it was, too. So cling to the loss, not the number!
