Help!

I'm 300 under for the day. Should I eat it, even though I'm full and it's 11:00pm?

Lyria 11-26-2008 12:33 AM

I wouldn't - but then I am more a calorie cycler. Higher some days, lower on others with a target average for the week.

Jelbb 11-26-2008 12:37 AM

No, but I'd make up for it in calories tomorrow. :)

I always say don't eat if your not hungry.

There's bound to be a day when you've reached your calorie limit and are still hungry... now you know you can let yourself have an extra 300 on that day. :)

Moonlight Mistress 11-26-2008 10:24 AM

I agree...save it for another day!

luvmyinnerdemon 11-26-2008 10:29 AM

so what did you decide to do?

JulieJ08 11-26-2008 12:17 PM

I think it partly depends on how not hungry you are. I'll eat a little if it won't make me overfull, and it gets some extra nutritious stuff in me, and it was still fairly early. But I would never eat if I really was not at all hungry. Especially at 11pm, unless I was planning to be up very late.

This is a lil late but I'll chime in if no one minds!!
I agree with the ladies that you shouldn't eat if you aren't hungry. And 300 isn't so low that it would be worrisome for a singular day. :)

garstar 11-26-2008 08:34 PM

I agree with you ladies. I have a habit though of not eating enough one day, then I feel like I could do i the next... then I binge, and the cycle repeats. I had a spoonful of peanut butter, and went to bed. It worked out just fine :) Thanks for the advice!
