Oh crap.......

Ugh. So generally on Fridays I will let myself have a free meal, as in I don't worry about the calories just for one night. And I've never felt guilty about it. But today I was planning on staying OP. I guess that thinking really screwed me over because I just ate an entire bag of kettle chips and now I just opened a bag of nutter butter bites. :o Somehow, I'm not feeling sick. Yet. AGH why why why do I do this to myself?

If it makes you feel better, I got my period this week, and the day it started I ate:

Gingersnaps and gummy bears for breakfast.
Ice cream for lunch
Ginger curry with tofu for "second lunch"
Chips and queso for dinner, FOLLOWED BY
More ice cream

Mind you, I had none of these items in my house. I went out and bought (then ate) all of it.

It was bad, but it was only one day. I'm moving on, and you should too. :)

one day wont hurt. i find (and so do a lot of people at my class) that one day actually stimulates the weight loss the rest of the week. dont ask how. i had a bad week too!

Don't give up!

Get back on the wagon. You can do it.

mmmmm kettle crisps, *slightly dribbles*

Well you can't go back in time, stop feeling bad about it, pour vinegar over every other piece of yummy junk you have, go out and get some yummy fruit, cut it all up and feel proud of the 16 lb you've lost.

Your going to pig out sometimes on your journey, just stop now and carry on your day being healthy, get back on the horse.

:D
