These are just crazy before after pictures. They belong on some commercial for Weight Watchers....WOW WOW WOW.

It is so motivational to see these pictures. To know you went from 230 to 140ish...I just want to get from 160 to 140ish!!! If you can do it, so can I!!!!

And congrats for following WW without meetings. I also have all the stuff for WW but just can't seem to do it myself. I've been reading the initutive eating book and I really like that concept, but still count WW points in the back of my mind....After seeing your pictures now I feel like I should hit WW hard again..... geez....You darn HOT CHICK you!!! ;)
