Before and 66% to goal
 

The first one made me cry when I saw it, I was around 234 lbs. I had no idea how bad I looked.

This was taken yesterday morning at my office...my face looks terrible, puffy eyes and I swear my face and neck have not lost a single ounce. My boobs either. eventually I'll have to have surgery to remove my extra belly skin, but I'm wearing size 11's (ya, they're tight...)

So, my weight loss story, the short a sweet version, is that in the end of august 2006 my friend Savvie emailed me the first picture of me posing with a piece of my artwork that was hanging in a museum. I was appauled. On september 2nd, 2006 I started dieting. I had no idea what I was doing. I started out with herbalife. it sucked. I eventually went to calorie counting and excercising which I've stuck with since October 2006. I've lost 66 lbs of the 100 lbs I made it my goal to drop. Its taken a long time, and I gained about 20 lbs of it back last winter during a rocky relationship. When I restarted in july this summer I was 198 lbs afte getting down to 176 previously. Since then I've gotton down to 168 (167.5 this morning).
