My best friend has a friend back home who has had a lot of trouble with her weight & she told me that the girl started drinking 1/2 her weight in water & that the weight was just falling off of her. So, I thought I'd give it a whirl. And it seems to have worked well this week. She lost like 15 pounds in one month since she started the water, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed for that! =)
