I had a good pretty good day. I am under on calories but I'm definitely not eating this late. I ran 30 min and biked 10. I'm glad there's another 5 day challenge, I can't do all the challenges because I've been super busy lately but thats one I can definitely keep up with!

KELLI, I'm glad you can still do the 5Day Challenge. That's better than nothing. I did ok this weekend. I went to Friday's with my sister in law tonight & I think I went over by 100 calories, so that still is pretty dang good because that means it was only 1600 calories today. Hopefully this 5Day Challenge was the boost I needed to get past 188. We'll see tomorrow!

well my sunday wasnt too bad....
apple for breakfast.... roast turkey, boiled cabbage, parsnips and potatoes for lunch.... ham salad roll, mini sausage roll and 2 small pieces quiesh for tea.... i went out to eat for tea at a relatvies, i was so worried id eat too much.... i think i did well refusing all the pizza/cake/desert/chocolate.... whats more is they all commented on my loss.... and told me i had lost enough now!.... :) |

Saturday: approx 1900 calories. Tae Bo work out. Sunday: approx 2000 calories (maybe less...lunch was half a turkey sandwich on wheat, coleslaw and orange slices at a Restaurant...I figured 500 calories but maybe it was a bit less?). 2 mile power walk in the morning....Yoga Booty Ballet Hip Hop Abs (30 minutes) workout at night. |
