Not sure if this is the right forum....but my name is Lauren. This is my first real shot at online support groups for my weight. I've been a size 16 to a size 6 and everywhere inbetween. I'm exhausted over worrying about my how I look. My goal here is not only to lose weight, but to feel comfortable in my own skin. I'm constantly yo-yo ing and I hope with all the wonderful support here, I can change that. :hug:

Lauren - this is a great place to find support. Everyone here is very upbeat and positive and loving! It is great that you want to feel comfortable with who you are, that is a huge part of this process.

Welcome! I am pretty new too. I have been yo-yo'ing for over 7 years. eek! It is very annoying and I am the queen of self-sabotage. Good luck and I hope to see posts from you soon!
