This really helps me stay accountable for my food!

1 egg (70)
1/2 a laughing cow wedge (18)
2 slices of turkey bacon (40)

L: 1 veggie burger (100)
1 piece of turkey bacon (20)
2 slices of bread (not light but it is wheat) (130)
1 cup progresso light soup (80)
1/2 an apple (50)

S: 100 calorie pack of popcorn (100)
1 apple (90)
2 wasa crackers (60)
1 tablespoon organic peanut butter (95)

D: Smart one (260)
1 cup brown rice (150)
2 cup broccoli (60)

Total: 1413 calories

D: Smartone (310)
1 cup brown rice (150)
2 cups broccoli (60)

Total: 1563

Still about 100 under goal but that's ok cause I got kettle chips

I actually planned my day today! I usually never do, and today I did!

Wednesday:
B: cereal with 1% milk
S: banana
S2: apple
carrots with ranch
L: quesadilla
vegetarian refried beans
chips and salsa
D: 1/2 cup brown rice
vegetarian burger patty
green beans
S: yogurt

taylor: do you ever get sick of eating smart ones for dinner? I use to eat those, but I didn't have much of a variety because I'm a vegetarian, and they only have about 3 vegetarian ones. I guess you probably have a lot more variety since you can eat any of them
