2 weeks isn't a plateau. It's a blip.
Weight loss isn't linear and doesn't follow a strict mathematical formula. You can't count on consistent loss day after day, week after week. There are so many things that can influence whether the scale goes up or down or stays the same. And you might find that you tend to lose in fits and starts - many of us do.
Also I know you're anxious and impatient for the weight to come off, but the fact is that you didn't gain it overnight - you're not going to lose it overnight. And even though YOU have a plan and a timeline, doesn't mean that your body is going to obey your schedule. Eat healthy, exercise, don't drop your calories too drastically and the weight will come off ... even if it's not on the timeline YOU want it to.
