November Goals, come on girls!!

  • i will admit, the past 3 days have been a complete disaster But 3 bad days out of 2 months is ok i think
    But today is another day and i'm counting this as day one again. Back to my healthy eating and working out. LOTS!
    My boyfriend is off to las Vegas (lucky devil) tomorrow for 3 weeks which means i get the flat to myself for lots of working out and there shall be NO unhealthy food in the flat for me to nibble on, i promise.
    I did reach my halloween goal and on thursday, which is my official weigh in day, i was at 127, even though i know i was just wayyyy to dehydrated from drinking too much the night before. however, this was my "official" weigh in day so i'm going to take that weight!
    So i lost 6lbs in October and i'm making it my mission to lose the same in november. Who's with me? If i lose 5 lbs in November, i should be around 123/124lbs, which would mean only 4lbs to lose in December to reach my overall goal! Its going to be soo tough but I know i can do it.
    On the plus side, even though i have been naughty over the past few days, i put my "suck me in" underwear on today and managed to get my new size 10s (US size 8) on no bother, woop woop! And i actually felt sexy in my halloween outfit last night
    Here's to our November goals!

  • My goal is to just continue as i am going....
    eating sensibly and exerising every day....
    as long as i am 119 by 21st November I shall be happy....
    December is the month I plan to start my maintenance....
  • 1. Work on getting my "I'm home from work whats in the fridge?" snack attack habits.

    2. Get back into a weights routine

    3. Run my 26km race on the 8th in 2 hours 15 minutes

    4. Drop 1% off my BF% total
  • Since November is going to be CRAZY for me with my show and all my goals are small but attainable.

    1) To avoid all junk food brought by other people to rehearsal
    2) See trainer at least once a week
    3) Make the best choices for myself for the situation that I am in
    4) No fast food for quick meals!

  • My goals are to do yoga every day, to continue monitoring my portion sizes, and to lose at least 6 lbs. I'm not sure, but I also want to figure out some weight training program and start it sometime this November.
  • My goal is to lose 10 pounds in November.... hmmmm, wonder if I can do it?! Ok, maybe 8 pounds. But I'm striving for 10! Very special trip back to Jamaica coming up December 26th. I want to be 280 or under!
  • I lost 11.6 pounds in October, and my goal is to stay strong and lose 10 pounds in November. 230s, here I come!
  • My goal is to lose 8-10, and nt go crazy for Thanksgiving. I'tm approaching my 10% goal in this month, and I wanna hit it.
  • By the end of the month i would really love to hit 190 but with thanksgiving and my family coming to visit, I might be hard pressed to do that.
  • Goals:

    1) Lose 10bs
    2) Go to the gym at least twice a week
    3) Help my friend get back on her weight watchers plan.
  • 1) To lose about 3 - 4 pounds to get back to my summer weight of 135, and then maintain it until December

    2) Portion control at all meals I eat, whether alone or with others!!! Add to that drink control in social situations because those alcohol calories add up real fast!

    3) Self restraint away from all fattening and junk foods when it comes to eating during my out of town travels

    4) Get back to being able to run-walk 3 miles in 30 minutes
  • Ooh, great idea for a thread! I can't seem to track down my October 1st weight, but I know I was 223 lbs on Sept 29th - my second minigoal, yea! - and I was 208.2 yesterday (though last week I was 207.6, *grumble*) so I'm going to estimate that I lost about 15 lbs during the month of October. Not bad! I would love to lose 15 lbs in November, which would put me in Onederland--OMG OMG. But yeah, with Thanksgiving coming up, it might be difficult, heh. I don't usually set time-related goals, but how 'bout let's just say I want November to be the month that I reach ONEDERLAND. I only have ~9 lbs to go, and I KNOW I can do it! Wish me luck, ladies! And the best of luck to all of you with achieving your goals!

    2. Restart the 30 Day Shred
    3. Stop the negative thoughts!
  • Great goals ladies! I felt sexy in my halloween costume last night too

    1) treat myself to my "i reached my goal of the 120's" massage.
    2) loose 2 - 3 lbs
    3) Cut back on the drinking, every other weekend possibly?
    4) only eat out once a week

    yeaaaaah!
  • 1) work out 4-5 days a week
    2) be halfway to my goal weight by the time I leave for Cali (6 more pounds)
    3) Finish 30 day shred.

    Everyone did great in October.. here's to surviving the Holiday Season!!
