My Goals For The November Challenge
Minimum weight loss: 10 pounds (240) Maximum weight loss: 11 +15 pounds (239-235) Right now my only exercises are walking and dancing and it is working for me. I could use my ab-a-way a little more often. I will type in my days as I do them for next month. |
