NOVEMBER GOALS


Ok, I had to make some adjustments due to weather & calorie intake, so I thought I would repost this. It is too cold outside at this point to walk everyday or even try to take up running, so I got some Pilates dvds & the 30-Day Shred to do inside so I don't freeze my shrinking-hiney off!


1500 calories per day

Walk 3-4x per week (if possible - this is for the puppy too!)

Pilates or 30-Day Shred every single day!

Mini weight loss goal: 4 pounds by November 20 (my yearly physical date)

Mini weight loss goal: 8 pounds by December 1st

Starting weight on November 1st: 188

I’m late to join this challenge, but I’m still gonna get something done in November!

Edit: ehhh, I haven't done nearly as much as I planned- but I'm exercising more than I was before, so I guess that's something. I haven't been counting calories- I need to start!

Well Guys, I blew it on this fitness challenge for November. I had been doing good for 3 1/2 months. It took a severe craving for sweets and a monthly you know what to blow it out of the water. I gained weight instead of losing. I am not giving up. I will keep my weight tracker as it is until I get back on track and am that weight again. I will try for the december fitness challenge.

Hi erricah! I'm sorry you feel like you've blown it. Everyone has setbacks though, it's human. Don't beat yourself up over it. So, I hope you just brush yourself off and keep going because you can do this. Just knowing that you will get back on track right away means that you haven't blown anything really. We'll see you in December, or you can just hop back on with us for the rest of November. You can do it!
