The New Rules of Lifting for Women?

Has anyone tried this program or read the book? It's by Lou Schuler and you can search for it on amazon.com. I'm thinking checking it out of the library.

I have the book. I really like it. The exercises are pretty simple / straightforward. Most are doable at home, although once you start getting stronger you need a wider range of weights available. I ended up doing just the first level and stopping because i didn't have heavier weights or the funds to buy more. If you have a gym membership , it would work great.

Love, love, love, love, love this program.

Have I mentioned I love it? :D

Seriously - read the whole book and pay attention to the nutrition info as well as the exercise program. I don't follow it exactly and I haven't gotten all the way through the workouts yet ... but the ones I have done have been great and have really changed the way I think about what I'm doing at the gym now.
