Fell off the wagon today...

I did really great yesterday, but then my pregnant sister-in- law wanted Rubio's and I can't ever pass that up because that is my weakness, but now I'm already at 1695 calories today. The bummer (besides the fact that I have only 105 calories left for the day) is that we are going to our best friend's house for dinner in a couple hours & we are having pork roast, potatoes & salad. I can eat a lot of salad, but the bummer deal is that I know I will be up tomorrow. Ugh!!

Just needed to vent.

So, eat a light-normal dinner. Calculate how many calories you are over, and then fix it the rest of the week. :] So say you're, 500 calories over... take 100 calories off of your daily total for the next 5 days to make up for it. Then by the weekend you can add that extra 100 calories back in.

You can do this! We all have slip ups, just don't let this be a constant thing.

It's okay to take a day off once in a while...I usually give myself one eat-whatever-you-want day a month

i have what i call a free binge day every month....
it keeps me happy and on track....
i just gotta wait til Nov 21st for the next one"....

You know you give an dyou take. Either eat less tomorrow or exercise more. It's that simple. It's not what you put in your body on one day. It's what you put in over the course of thirty days.
