Just FYI in case anyone is confused, BMI is calculated from only two things - height and weight. You do that yourself and there are scads of calculators online that will convert those two numbers into BMI for you. It is just a measure of the how much mass you have compared to your height. It does NOT differentiate between fat and lean body weight. So if you are not losing weight, then you are not losing any BMI.
Body fat percentage is a completely different thing. That is what they are calculating when the measure you with skin calipers. Not always that accurate.
